Meet Kellie
As an ICF-Certified Life & Parent Coach, I am dedicated to partnering with my clients to transform challenges into meaningful growth, confidence, clarity, and empowerment.
My path to coaching began in 2005 after the birth of my son. The compassionate support I received from my care team profoundly shaped my transition into parenthood. That experience ultimately inspired me to become a Certified Postpartum Doula and nurture families through the “fourth trimester” experience.
In 2015, I joined the award-winning organization Boot Camp for New Moms/Dads where I facilitated workshops for parents across the United States, supporting them in preparing for both the emotional and practical realities of early parenthood.
Over time, my career expanded and I became a Life & Parent Coach and Positive Parenting Educator. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation—an organization recognized globally for its rigorous training requirements, ethical standards, and commitment to coaching excellence.
In my partnership with parents, we explore a deeper, more holistic, understanding of parent-child and co-parenting dynamics, delving into cognitive and social-emotional development, connection-based strategies for navigating child/adolescent behavior, strengthening communication and teamwork, and overcoming parental overwhelm.
I also coach individuals seeking to explore personal growth through a focus on identifying limiting beliefs and stuck points, expanding awareness and clarity, creating goal-oriented action steps, and discovering greater self-attunement, and joy.
My coaching style is compassionate, non-judgmental, inclusive, intuitive, and warm. My extensive knowledge-base is grounded in neuroscience, positive parenting, attachment theory, mindfulness, creative visualization, and child/adolescent development. This integrated knowledge allows me to support clients with a clear understanding of how the mind, body, and relationships shape our experiences and how meaningful, sustainable change is possible when we work with all three.
To date, I have had the privilege of coaching more than 1,800 individuals and couples across the United States and internationally. If you’re struggling and needing support, know that you’re not alone, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey!
